We are experts in energy efficient construction, therefore 204 homes are built according to Passive house building principles.  Shipping containers are very well insulated from all six sides so that container’s steel structure is located inside a house. It eliminates the risk of condensation and avoids any thermal bridges.

Yes, you will need to prepare your land for installation of the house. Typically land preparation involves leveling and compacting the land as well as preparing infrastructures such as electricity, water and sewage.

Yes! You can finance a 204 home just like you would finance any other new home build with a construction loan.

Yes, you will need a crane for the install, but we can manage this process for you. It is difficult to give an exact cost of the crane as it depends on many factors such as , the location of your land, the size of the house to be installed etc.
